• Leading communications for some of the world’s biggest entertainment franchises, including Call of Duty and World of Warcraft, in the company's biggest growth markets• Led a world-first alcoholic beverage partnership for Black Ops III with Black Hops Brewing, which became the top-selling game in Call of Duty franchise history• Led a world-first platform partnership for Advanced Warfare with YouTube Gaming, delivering an experiential event for APAC influencers at their Tokyo Space, generating 1M+ content views• Led a partnership for Call of Duty with MMA apparel brand, Engage and their Fight Team ambassador, UFC world champion Israel Adesanya, generating 5M+ content views and 500k social engagements• Led the Japan PR campaign for the launch of Destiny, focused on developing a new influencer programme to drive new player acquisition. Destiny became the top selling game at launch in Japan and the best-selling new video game IP of all time globally• Partnering with a cross functional team, including franchise brand management, insights & analytics, digital media marketing, and social & community, to develop integrated campaigns that support achieving commercial objectives• Localizing global narratives and go-to-market campaigns, and developing and integrating culturized activations that engage with local players across a diverse region• Managing 2 direct reports and leading their professional development• Managing an external agency that support pan-regional campaigns, and a multi-million dollar campaign budget• Managing studio executive interviews, media and influencers at international events to drive earned content• Lead role on the internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion employee network for the APAC region• 1 of 60 (globally) 'Way2Play Heroes', an employee network dedicated to organically growing ethics everywhere we do business• July 2019 - Jan 2020 my remit included Japan and Korea, which then shifted due to an internal re-org
