I am accountable for developing and implementing the businesses multi-channel strategic marketing plan to increase industry awareness and sales.Key Responsibilities:- Strategise, create and build a multi-channeled strategic marketing plan that identifies areas and opportunities for growth- Launch new brands that have been sourced from across the globe to the industry- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as sales, PR and agencies to ensure campaigns are effective and meet commercial objectives- Management of two websites, including an e-commerce platform- Create content and maintain all platforms including website, social media, blogs and direct marketing - Analyse and interpret market and audience research to identify opportunities for conversion, retention and engagement- Lead, manage and motivate a small team of high performing marketers- Budget Management; forecasting and reconciliation of the marketing budget

Having worked on Indesign: The Event in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane for close to 2 years, I now oversee Indesign: The Event on an International scale across the Asia Pacific region including Singapore and Hong Kong.Integral to my role is establishing the strategic direction of each event, to ensure it reflects the host city’s local design culture and industry as well as building a network of relationships whilst identifying opportunities of growth for Indesign Media Asia Pacific’s current experiential portfolio.
