It Manager
Current- Manage the day to day operation of the IT- Co-Lead and Manage IT Organization- Develop and manage IT Policies, procedures, technical, and standard methods : - SDLC Policy - IT Operation Policy - Information Security Policy - Risk Assessment Policy - Data Communication Network Policy - End User Computing Policy - Business Continuity Plan Policy- Develop SOP and Working Instruction for IT Operation.- Plans and Control IT Budget to support business operations- Doing research in IT hardware and software technology, select which technology can be used and present it to the board of Directors.- Liaise with vendors in supporting business operation- Involved in many projects, including negotiation, preparation, and implementation- Give Summary monthly progress report to the Owner
