In my role as a volunteer, I collaborate closely with the team leader, contributing to the team's success through research tasks and summarization of extensive reports and documents. This experience has not only equipped me with valuable skills in research, analysis, and presentation but has also deepened my understanding of the NGO industry, providing me with practical insights into its dynamics and operations.

In this role I am responsible for the planning and execution of the English, maths and science curriculum. My primary role is to facilitate language acquisition and proficiency among young learners. Using interactive activities, visual aids, songs whilst engaging fine motor skills I create a dynamic learning environment. This role has presented a challenged as we have 2 extra-needs students in the class, as such I am careful to include them and allow them one-on-one time where possible. Whilst I focus on building the confidence of my students I also follow their individual academic progress, keeping open communication with the parents as to how we can best develop their children's abilities.

For this role I developed a customized course tailored to the specific needs of the PECA professionals. I am3 responsible for equipping employees with essential language skills, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively within the industry. Through targeted lessons I focus on technical vocabulary, industry-specific jargon and practical communication scenarios. This role has allowed me to bridge language gaps and contribute to the company’s international success.
