Possess more than 10 Years of working experience specializing in Operation, Process Engineering for LED manufacturing- Initiate, lead and execute improvement projects that reduces cost of process/ equipment ownership and process/ equipment capabilities, optimization, robustness, performance and yield related issues.- Support and work with Production and Product Engineering group on Delivery, Yield and Quality improvement activities in meeting Departmental KPI target.- Prepare yearly BII budget for production, equipment spare parts expenses and manpower planning according to sales plan under assigned areas.- Lead a group of Equipment Engineers to run production operations and meet department KPIs target.- Managing equipment maintenance activities including plan maintenance, unplanned breakdown, increase productivity and reduce maintenance cost.- Develop subordinates into a team of cooperative, proactive and dynamic workforce. Manage training such as LNA, skill development & growth of all staff to ensure capable on performing daily duty.
