Hi, Hi, I'm Tehil, an Associate Pastor with six years of experience in church administration, including event organizing and media management. I have a good command of English Literature, Religion, and Philosophy. I have a few years of experience in taking classes for children.In addition to my experience, I am a team player, detail-oriented, and have a passion for furthering works that build loyalty and grow revenue for the organization. I am skilled in scheduling non-sermon events and community meetings, answering calls and distributing messages, arranging meeting halls, and setting up the church for mass. I am managing teams of up to 10 people. We plan and organize training programs, camps, and conferences for leaders. We conduct fasting prayers, special events, camps, carols, church family events, and festival celebrations.When I worked on JEM Media, I increased their subscription from 2 digits to 1K subscription. At JEM Church, I increased the number of youth leaders from 2 to 11. With the help of the team, we are guiding around 100 kids every week. We do a lot of social work. Now, we are planning to provide 2000 seed balls to the public to enrich our environment.
