I began work at Superior Graphics as a large format printer operator. In January 2001, I was promoted to Department Manager over Creative Services, Multimedia Services and IT. I managed up to 15 full-time and contract employees in a high-paced agency atmosphere with very tight budget and time constraints. Our clients included Frito-Lay, Cingular, Samsung, Brinker International, Yum Brands, Toni & Guy, Alliance Data Systems and Blockbuster.

Professional photo lab services. I started as a color print specialist. When the company was purchased shortly after my start, I started the Digital Technologies Division - specializing in photo restoration, large format print services and personalized gift creation using state-of-the-art digital equipment. I also handled the company's advertising, marketing design and production. Trained counter sales and production staff on our range of products and image creation; Setup, configured and maintained company-wide POS system across 4 locations in 3 cities, and trained staff on its use and maintenance

I was under the employ of a company contracted by the United States Air Force at Dover AFB, DE. I did film processing, color printing, mechanical maintenance and repair, on site and studio photography, customer service, and was the on-call emergency photographer for the base and base housing one week per month.The photography work included covering VIP tours and base inspections (US Senators and Generals), studio head shots, passports, news stories for the base paper, and accidents and crime scenes with MP assistance.
