I am passionate to work as (how I would call it) "Ice breaker" to facilitate and lead transformational projects, trying my best to be an inspirational leader in my area of influence and getting things done - for the benefit of patients. Looking at things "both ways", how the problem changes if we look at it from unconventional perspectives. Mind blown by "quantum-information-empowered" possibilities.I love inspiring books and I love science at (or slightly beyond) "the Edge". Personally, to complement my professional interest in technology, I am digging into consiousness research, quantum biology, psychology, non-allopathic therapy, i.e. the impact of belief, faith, balance, intent, joy and confidence on health and healing.I am absolutely convinced of the necessity of inclusion and diversity, with practical focus on the positive tranformative power of people with Down-Syndrome on our society.Currently I am Mentor for the DPG (German Physics Society), going in its eights year.My current role is Innovation Incubator - a bit like what Q is in James bond series - paired with the wisdom of Yoda. We scout and pilot for technology in all states of maturity and pilot their use - quick and dirty to find out together with colleagues in the business if this satisfies their unmet needs - with the aim to privide them "superforces" - Often it does not work, but sometimes we hit a sweet spot. By that way of working we empower our colleagues to experience the potential value themselves (thus incubation) in real life setting. If there is real practical value in the use of technology in their life, we jointly go search for budget and trigger transformation projects to introduce these.In my spare time - when not cooking or eating - I enjoy and make piano music, on a broad range from funk over jazz to classical, actively with different levels of competence depending on the complexity and groove.Specialties: Technology scouting and evaluation (from ideas to business opportunities).
