Drove 360 review cycle and performance-based compensation adjustments.Migrated marketing site out of core web app (Angular, Python on EC2 to WordPress on 3p host). Defined and managed RFP process to select third party vendors to rebuild existing marketing site in WordPress. Partnered with marketing team to transition ownership of marketing site from engineering, including vetting third party contractors for ongoing marketing site maintenance. Substantially reduced engineering burden of the site (from 3+ engineers to approx. 0) while significantly increasing velocity of marketing team.

Led the Ads API team, building scalable API, serving, and storage for Pinterest's Promoted Pins.Founded Senior Eng Women's group with a mission to support Senior Engineer Women with career growth, weathering the patriarchy, and above all, saying no to relentless requests to volunteer for diversity programs.
