Started Technical Program Manager org. Built high quality, inclusive pipelines for hiring software engineers (full-stack, dev ops, API, backend), engineering managers, and technical program managers. Drove 360 review cycle and performance-based compensation adjustments.Migrated marketing site out of core web app (Angular, Python on EC2 to WordPress on 3p host). Defined and managed RFP process to select third party vendors to rebuild existing marketing site in WordPress. Partnered with marketing team to transition ownership of marketing site from engineering, including vetting third party contractors for ongoing marketing site maintenance. Substantially reduced engineering burden of the site (from 3+ engineers to approx. 0) while significantly increasing velocity of marketing team.
