The combination of my education and professional experiences leading to greater understanding, I believe my awareness is a great asset to hotel business. The past Twenty Four years I have worked with leading hotels in various places of the world. The diversity of these experiences has enriched my knowledge of a hospitality organization, by assisting and administering to hotel guests as well as performing within an organization in a leadership role makes me certain that I am qualified to continue working with management level anywhere in the world. Currently I am working as a General Manager at Terelj Hotel (Small Luxury Hotels of the World), 5 stars Luxury Resort with 52 key units along with large conference and banqueting facility. The position has re called for me to boost back the hotel business and to achieve business targets back to big numbers along with the increase of guest satisfaction and to interact with international guests as a guide for my staff. This property in particular has offered a unique experience and opportunity for me to use my years of experience and knowledge to actively direct the entire hotel operations. I believe in continually improving my skills and knowledge within the industry. With this in mind, I have had several effective and productive training and workshops within the hospitality industry in U.A.E, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, Thailand, USA, Mongolia, Oman, China, Azerbaijan, Belgium and Republic of Maldives. My efforts have been rewarded in my earning employee loyalty and owner’s confidence along with maximizing hotel key area revenue figures in my past experiences such as with Park Inn/Radisson Blue, Zithali Resorts and Small Luxury Hotels of the world.
