At the heart of Global Peace Foundation Malaysia, my role embodies the essence of leading with purpose and passion. Since 2011, I have had the privilege of guiding a dedicated team towards creating sustainable social impacts, focusing on uplifting the Orang Asli communities. Our collaborative approach multiplies our collective strengths, aiming for lasting change in the communities we support.Storytelling as Advocacy: Leveraging the power of storytelling to bridge the gap between the voices of the Orang Asli communities and the wider public. Advocacy through storytelling is a crucial tool in our mission to garner support and understanding.In this journey, every challenge faced and milestone achieved fuels our collective commitment to peace, sustainability, and social equity. • Lead a team of 12 people in developing social programs to empower and cultivate youth. • Midnight Football is a community-based program that engaged about 60 underserved urban youth. It was co-sponsored by Asia Football Confederation and the Department of National Unity. The program took place from 2010-2013 at three different communities i.e. Cheras, Sentul and Loke Yew in Kuala Lumpur.

1. Developed a youth movement that promotes and nurtures altruism and volunteering - the Global Peace Volunteers. Today the Global Peace Volunteers has engaged thousands of youth spanning across Indonesia with chapters in six major cities and flourished in countries like Malaysia, Nepal, Cambodia and Philippines. 2. The movement provides experiential learning on social leadership that includes self-mastery, building meaningful relationship and creating social impact in the community for greater good.

1. Develop, manage and assess social programs of the organisation such as youth volunteer trainings, leadership conferences and social campaigns.2. Coordinate regular meeting with board members for decision making and program evaluation.3. Lead full time staffs to carry out various operation aspect of the organisation.

Led a youth chapter of an international student movement in Malaysia. Managed a youth centre and develop various youth engagement projects ranging from trainings, community services and fundraising activities.Took part in various international youth programs in Beijing, Vancouver, New York, Korea, Thailand and Philippines.
