I’ve been working retail since 2019, I started off as a part-time associate and beginning of 2021 I moved up to full-time. Moving up to full-time was a pretty big deal for me being that the position I was in at the time we didn’t have a full-time position but, my manager decided to make a full-time position so I can move me up. Before I started working I didn’t really like to talk to people I was not familiar with I preferred to stay to myself, champs helped me change that it helped me become more open and outgoing. While working at champs I’ve learned a few skills such as customer service, customer experience, cashier, team leadership, communication, problem solving and teamwork.

  When I first started working at champs I was part - time apparel, end of 2020 I became a cashier and the beginning of 2021I moved up to a full time cashier. Being a full-time cashier i was responsible for the other cashiers and what they do in a way. During the years of working I have became a bit more outgoing and I learned to better communicate with my team and customers. I’ve also learned good customer service skills.
