The 4H organization is a youth development organisation, which aims its activities at young people aged between 6 and 28 years old living in both rural and urban areas. The youth work carried out by the 4H organization has an educational purpose with long-term goals to endorse entrepreneurship, employability and active citizenship in young people.  The 4H organization’s values is based in our four H's: Head, Heart, Hand and Heath.

Collaboration Service product manager in Nokia R&D, line manager for global Collaboration Specialist network.I was responsible for the planning and creation of a global Collaboration Support service for Nokia R&D back in 2004 when I assumed this role.Collaboration Support offers IM and IT solutions requirements management and coordination for Devices R&D collaboration. Collaboration service is responsible for managing and implementing IM and IT for Nokia and collaborator company to do R&D work together by secure manner. Typically, the solutions implemented include connectivity between companies as well as access to common applications such as document, requirements and error management tools. Also solutions for exchanging design data or enabling collaborator access to Nokias extranet environment in order to do design work remotely are part of the solution landscape. The service is provided together with Nokia IT.

I was responsible for implementing new solutions for Jyväskylä R&D.

Program Information Management Specialist, team leader of the Jyväskylä R&D site 2003-2004.Program IM support; main intention was to ensure the availability and continuity of documentation support services in the responsibility R&D sites. I was responsible of maintaining and developing program documentation and information management guidelines, instructions and practices and also to ensure validity of the content and the scope of instructions and guidelines.
