With my team I have lead responsibility to develop digital systems and services. Implementation of software development practicalities, managing the projects and leading agile development teams are key competence areas. QA (Quality Assurance) strategy execution and continuous development of QA systematics are also one of the responsibility topics. As a one part of QA, expertise of test automation development lives in my team.I'm responsible for leading three development portfolios which consist of 15 simultaneous projects on average. Portfolio activities provide data and systematics for resourcing, budgeting, increment planning, decision making and dependencies management. For example these processes have been heavily developed during my journey in this position. My typical working day includes a lot of interaction with Ponsse team members, colleagues, external partners and suppliers. I have played a strong role in building my team by participating and leading the recruitments and contract negotiations. In my team I have nine persons from Ponsse and 10-15 external partners.I’m also member of Ponsse’s Digital services and IT management group. In that role I, for example, have participated to strategy work, long-term target and budget setting.

IT Project Manager for global business process development program within Ponsse. During this position from March 2019 to February 2020, I led first steps to IT systems wide renewal with the approach where IT systems were aligned with business requirements. Target was operational efficiency improvements and enhanced quality of processes and data.Key responsibilities included:• Managing and coordinating the global business process development program• Developing operating models (for example project model) and defining common practices to find the ways to harmonize processes globally• Execution of IT systems RFP processes• Starting the implementations by MES system renewal and running the proof-of-concept for PLM and CAD systems• Leading change management efforts and engaging and training personnel• Collaborating closely with internal teams at Ponsse and external third-party expertsMy role focused on lead responsibility of building IT systems and architectures that optimize operations and support organizational goals. This involved ensuring integration between business needs and technological solutions.

In this position I gained experience in optimizing supplier networks and information flows at Ponsse, with a focus on enhancing collaboration and efficiency. I had main responsibility of developing, testing, and training supplier extranet platform to streamline processes and boost productivity within the organization and supplier network. Also I led Ponsse factory's warehouse management system project where a lot of process phases were automated.Key roles and achievements include:• Project Manager for Ponsse's Factory WMS project, leading the development, testing, and implementation of Warehouse Management System. Led efforts in defining integrations, process development, and system training, contributing to improved warehouse operations and automation.• ERP admin user, driving innovation in procurement and logistics through interface configurations and process automation. Proactively identified opportunities to enhance ERP functionalities, building the low-code solutions, implementing new operational methods to automate processes.• Proficient in QlikView BI software development, creating transparency to supply chain operational data. Ensure data availability to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.• Admin user of supply chain and procurement planning software, responsible for global maintenance, development, and training initiatives. Played a key role in deploying best practices globally, ensuring consistent utilization and performance of critical software systems.I was also participating Ponsse's culture development program as a trainer for Ponsse personnel.

Highlights of my background include:• Project management: Successfully led the Ponsse Logistic Center WMS (Warehouse Management System) project, overseeing the entire lifecycle from specification and testing to training and ongoing development. Delivered efficient warehouse operations through technology solutions.• Software Expertise: Excelled as a superuser of the company's purchase software, managing maintenance, development, and training initiatives. Leveraged in-depth knowledge to enhance procurement processes and drive operational efficiencies.• CMI Support: Played a pivotal role as the Centrally Managed Inventory (CMI) support person for the service network, ensuring smooth inventory management and logistics operations.• Logistics Development: Spearheaded internal logistics development initiatives, implementing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.• IFS ERP admin user: Served as the primary contact and support person for IFS ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) within the procurement department, driving system enhancements and facilitating seamless integration with procurement processes.I am passionate about leveraging technology and process improvements to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver tangible results.
