Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of Seagen's life-saving oncology products to people in need, for both clinical as well as commercial use. Together with my leadership team, I was responsible for all manufacturing activities, small molecule and biologics, internally as well as externally, in addition to Supply Chain, MSAT, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and CMC Leads for both the clinical and commercial product portfolios, primarily consisting of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC's).

I lead all manufacturing activities for both small molecules and biologics, internally as well as externally, in addition to Supply Chain, MSAT and CMC Leads for Seagen’s development and commercial product portfolios, primarily consisting of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC's)

Created and led the MSAT organization within Bayer's biotech supply network, a global organization supporting pipeline projects as well as commercial products, internally as well as externally across Drug Substance and Drug Product.

September 2011 to February 2012:Head of the Manufacturing Sciences department at Biogen Idec's International Large Scale facility in Hillerød, DenmarkDecember 2008 to September 2011:- Responsible for the upstream manufacturing operations at the International Large Scale (ILS) facility in Hillerød- Project manager for the OQ program of the facility- Line management of one supervisor, 10 Manufacturing Associates and several contractors

- Responsible for all upstream R&D work, including molecular biology, cell culture, assay development, bioreactor process development etc.- Managing multiple outsourced projects- Project manager for tech transfer to CMO/CRO's for production of material for clinical phase I/II- Line management of 2 Ph.D. scientists and 4-5 technicians- Author and co-author of five patent applications and two papers
