• Receive and process orders submitted by customers and sales representatives in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), a Windows-based business management software.• Troubleshoot entered orders by communicating with external and internal sources: agencies, dealers, sales representatives, factory personnel, and company management. Typical inquiries pertain to inventory levels, order status, and shipment dates.
