I´ve been working in the insurance industry for around 20 years. I am enthusiastic about delivering new solutions to companies' problems, increasing efficiency, and motivating teams. I am also obsessed with client service and love to read about the future of work, companies and societies.I love to be challenged to understand the risk exposure in some industries or companies and to work on creative solutions to mitigate or transfer those risks.I fully agree with Peter L. Bernstein when he wrote that "The essence of risk management lies in maximizing the areas where we have some control over the outcome while minimizing the areas where we have absolutely no control over the outcome" in his book Against the Gods: The Remarkable Story of Risk.
