The workshops resulted in the conceptualization of a marketplace platform to “uberize” shipping vessel discovery and engagement, helping the Energy company significantly optimize their operating costs and vessel utilization.

Design Research for a Leading Health Insurer, US – Led UX Research services for a leading health insurance company based in the US, helping them with UX research: remote discovery and moderated usability testing to help their Design team enhance the experience for a business-critical platform that powers their Health Insurance service for members.User Research to shape business strategy for a leading Paints company, India – Led the User Research activity to understand and empathize with key stakeholders (Dealers and Painter Contractors) across the Indian geography. This engagement involved close to 200+ qualitative interviews conducted, followed by research synthesis, development of archetypes and personas and distilling actionable insights to inform the Client’s growth strategy.User Experience Audits and Assessments – Have conducted as-is state experience (usability) assessments for clients in the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Automotive sectors, helping identify usability issues vis-à-vis usability heuristics and identify opportunities for design fixes and feature recommendations.

I am currently associated with the Design Thinking and Experience Design capability at Accenture as a Design Thinking practitioner and coach. We help Clients (across industry verticals) and internal teams apply a human-centered approach to framing and solving problems / realising opportunities through rapid exploration and evaluation of ideas, applying innovative solutions and delivering delightful user experiences; whilst striking a balance between user desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.

I served as the Offshore-based Client Account Manager for one of Accenture and Avanade's leading Natural Resources Clients. We help this Client realise results from market-leading Digital and Cloud solutions, Application & Infrastructure Outsourcing and Modernisation services. I was part of the deal team as a Bid Manager for the successful renewal of an Application & Infrastructure Services Outsourcing contract with a TCV of c.US$100 million+. I also worked with the Account and Delivery leadership on activities spanning Sales and Service Transformation in areas such as Account Planning, Deal Origination and Qualification, Deal Execution, Stakeholder Management, and the adoption of DevOps and Design Thinking in service delivery transformation.

I was responsible for new business development and account management in the Natural Resources and related industries in Western Australia. I was responsible for driving an uptake of our Offshore-driven Digital and Cloud solutions and service offerings leveraging Microsoft and its partner ecosystem, our industrialised delivery models, automation assets and accelerators, and tailored commercial models.

During my time in the UK, I was involved in the planning and execution of key Sales Enablement & Effectiveness initiatives including the development of a Bid & Proposal Management Framework for Avanade, refresh of Avanade's Sales Process, and Deal Origination and Nurture for key accounts in the Financial Services sector. I also worked as one of the Deal Execution & Proposal Managers for a successful Digital Workplace solutions deal with a leading Public Sector Client in the UK with a contract value over US$100m.

I was one of the founding members of the Sales Enablement function for Avanade, and was responsible for setting up the Proposal Management and Bid Support function for Avanade in India. I drove and supported a number of initiatives to streamline Sales Enablement processes and reduction of cost-of-sale through optimal leverage of Offshore-driven Proposal Development, Customer Evidence creation and management, Account Planning, Sales Collateral creation and Knowledge Management.
