Roles and Responsibilities • Maintain man power and coordinate with other departments and make reports.• Maintain quality and shifts planning and give a better output in in time.• Conduct meetings to the workers to educate them and give tips to them how to control wastage and give a better quality and reduce the consumption.• For this we conduct weekly meetings for machine incharges and monthly meeting for all staff.• We can discussed Problems which was occurred in that month and any problems faced workers like timing heavy work all those type of things discussed and maintain friendly environment in our staff and unit.• Have a good Knowledge on other departments like CTP.Printing :- • Follow up and looking after production schedules.• Follow up make ready and pre make ready works according to production schedule.• During the time of press run uniform and proper ink leveling is set up to maintain better print quality.• Ensure accurate registration of four color work and well set margin for all sections during the printing run. • Regular checking of gears, bearings, bolts&nuts, greasing and lubricating done periodically. • Replacing the worn out parts with the good spares.• Checking of ink streaks, replacing of damaged blankets etc to give good quality print reproduction.• Always sure the machine is ready for absolute and uninterrupted production.• Preventive maintenance of machine
