As a Project Director, it was Tonny’s role to ensure that the client obtained a class-3 cost (-5/+25%) estimate based on client production knowledges trough conceptual defintition, basic engineering, local condition and a project execution plant. The project scope was to execute a Basic Design and Design/Build our client new production facility, based on our client developed Conceptual Design. It was the intension to implement the new production facility with a minimum of impact and risk at the current production. The project consists of all disciplines, with strong requirement within Engineering and Project management.

The project scope was to create a Conceptual Design of a new filling plant in China, based on the experience from and existing filling plant in Brazil, improving all weakness and adjust to the Chinese marked.
