About Tej Steiner

I have worked with individuals, couples, families and organizations as a life coach and group facilitator/consultant since 1987. During these years, I developed ‘Heart Circle’ and ‘The Five Ways of Being’ as a model through which any social group can come into greater heart resonance and creative resilience. In 2017, I authored ‘Waking Up with Everyone Around Us’ which details how and why Heart can be set up within partnerships, families, schools, businesses, communities and organizations. In 2023, I co-founded ‘WE-powered’ with Greet Heylen; an organization that brings circle emergence to transitional and progressive organizations around the world.
