Our qualified consultants specialize in dedicated sectors enabling them to fully understand their client and candidate base, ensuring that IQ provides the highest caliber permanent, interim and contract professionals.Responsibilities:• Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and assessing prospective candidates for the client's requirements.• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.• Screening candidates and line up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview and help applicants prepare for the interview.• Negotiation Skills• Worked on all over UK and EU Locations (especially Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, e.t.c). • Worked with multiple clients i.e. Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Zensar with implementations of End Customer.• Extensively experienced in working with Contract, B2B Contract, and Permanent Roles. • Ensure to convince the candidate in case of any issues in terms of negotiations, interview schedules & timely touch base with the candidates regarding any updates/ changes in their personal situations.• Working on daily assigned requirements as per the client’s requirement - Reporting to Team Lead - Candidate Engagement.• Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and assessing prospective candidates for the client's requirements.
