Working on global projects within Health and Benefits team at Willis Towers Watson

As an Implementation Manager I am responsible for project managing technology solutions (incl Auto Enrolment, Pension, GPP, Flex and TRS) on JLT's EB platform 'Benpal'. I have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of these projects. This includes working with various teams of business analysts, delivery analysts and testers based in UK and Mumbai (India) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensuring stakeholders are made aware of risks and issues using PRINCE2 methodologies and project management framework. I also provide project management expertise and technical support to facilitate annual scheme renewals and other off-cycle projects incl acquisitions and pension provider changes. I have over 12 years of experience in HR and online benefit schemes.

As an ongoing project manager my role included managing benefit renewals and change requests for existing clients. This included all aspects of project management from design, requirements, stakeholder management, testing and delivery. I was also involved in Implementing flex solutions for new clients and worked in a matrix management environment. Working round the clock my role also involved off shoring activities to Krakow (Poland) and Gurgaon (India) ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are created and kept up to date. Prior to this role I was leading a team of testers and did test management for 5 years. I gradually moved to project management using PRINCE2 methodologies
