Oversee the financial operations of two additional sister companies (Pvt. Ltd.), ensuring seamless coordination across departments and resolving queries.Manage the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements, including Form 26AS, while ensuring accurate filing of TDS and GST returns and payment procedures.Conduct internal audits by analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) statements quarterly, along with handling computations for taxes such as Profession Tax, VAT, and Service Tax.Lead the registration processes for Udyam certificates, ensuring compliance with MSME regulations, and manage supplier payments according to the MSME Act.Handle export-related tasks, including maintaining data for the RODTEP scheme, ensuring accuracy with the ICEGATE portal, and managing the approval and transfer of E-Scrips.Liaise with banks on financial and legal matters, including facility renewal, stock audits, and international transactions involving foreign currency payments such as USD.Oversee GST and sales tax scrutiny, including responding to ASMT-10 notices, while managing service tax assessments and related queries.Scrutinize monthly records, including the Sales & Purchase Registers, Debtors & Creditors, E-way bills, and inventory, while ensuring accurate data entry for invoices, expenses, and credit/debit notes.Maintain up-to-date records for import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with IDPMS and EDPMS protocols from the RBI.Address auditor queries promptly and provide detailed financial reports to support audits, GST audits, and compliance needs.Review and finalize documents for Letters of Credit, ensuring timely importer/exporter payments and clear communication with banking institutions.Ensure smooth running of all financial operations, providing timely reports and strategic recommendations to management.
