Tejas Adiga is a Partner, based out of the Mumbai office and part of the corporate practice group. His area of practice covers cross border and domestic merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, spinoffs and divestitures of business divisions and corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience and has represented a broad array of clients including international conglomerates, Indian companies, private equity firms, financial sponsors and governmental institutions in broad range corporate transactions and matters particularly in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, automobiles, pharmaceutical and financial services sector.
