Currently, I am working as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at PROSOL ENGINEERING AND SERVICES LLP. I have an experience in projects related to Distilleries, Oil and Gas, and Ethanol and CO2 Production. I have knowledge of software like PLC, AutoCAD, and Naviswork 3D model review. My role is to design the Electrical and Instrumentation system by coordinating with the process, mechanical, and structural departments. Prepare as well as review documents and maintain a check on the technical correctness and completeness of documents with respect to standard specifications, inputs from other disciplines, and client requirements. It is my responsibility to make the documentation part and technical discussion with vendors for the execution of the project by keeping the time and cost implications. I have participated in HAZOP studies conducted by EIL. My role in the HAZOP study is to give a response in the context of Electrical and Instrumentation to the node-wise prepared worksheets, which include the deviations, causes, consequences, existing safeguards, and recommendations. The Following is my job role- •Sizing and Selection of Power Cables for Electrical Loads and Power Cable Schedule.•Planning cable tray routing and Prepare Cable (Power and Instrument) Tray Layouts in AutoCAD.•Earthing Calculation and Prepare Earthing Layout in AutoCAD.•Prepare the Electrical Drive Load list and Electrical Load Analysis for MCC Panel.•Prepare Instrument Datasheets, Instrument JB, cable schedule, and I/O Assignment by referring to PID.•Actively communicate with Electrical and Instrument vendors. Float the enquiry and discuss the actual requirements. •Review quotations, preparation of technical questionnaires, and discuss it with vendors.My specialization is M.tech in Power Systems from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. Now, I am actively looking for a job in the field of Electrical and Instrumentation field to develop and learn new skills. I have an interest in sectors like Oil & Gas, refinery, and Turnkey projects so that I can grasp other field knowledge with strengthening my technicals. I am a diligent and quick learner. I would like to work in an organization where I can utilize my knowledge and skill positively to achieve the organization's objective and get a conducive environment to learn and grow.I also completed my P.G.D.C. in Transmission and Distribution systems from National Power Training Institute, Nagpur.
