Responsibilities in these Projects are as follows:-• As a Manager Projects taking care of all aspects related to the smooth execution of the project.• Carry out Budget Preparation, Participate in Project reviews, and Budget Reviews.• Organized Project Resource Management i.e. all the required staff is always deployed. Effectively communicated and ensured all the impediments and blockers were identified, framed, and resolved.• Monitoring & Execution and Quality & Control of the Project.• Headed Project Audit team & conduct audits of projects (other than his/her assigned project) as per the management directives.• Reporting anomalies, corrective suggestions w.r.t. project operations, documentation, technical, financial & quality performances etc. of the project and ensuring closure of audit points by the site team.• Keeping a track of all inward & outward correspondence with Client & Contractor, Bank Guarantee & insurances validity, etc.• Headed Digital Transformation and Change management for the assigned project and ensured to complete the digital tool implementation and integration across operational lines.• Creating a work breakdown Structure (WBS).• Preparing Daily Progress reports and Monthly Progress Reports.• Review of LOR, Debtor and P&L, Review of Vacant Position, follow up for interaction of new CV candidate.• Delays and Claims Analysis for Projects.• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Contract the president of India action through the ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Highway Connecting India With Myanmar and Thailand. MEA entrusted the NHAI for execution of Project Road of Myanmar country (INDIA–MYANMAR–THAILAND TRILATERAL , ASIAN HIGHWAY-01) Major components of the project include implementation and supervision of execution work of Upgradation of Two Lane Highway connecting from Yargi to Kalewa a total of length of 112+141 Km. Major components include 3 Major Bridge, 9 Minor Bridge, 364 culverts which include Box and Pipe culverts, also minor components like Breast wall and retaining wall, also 3 truck lays and 10 bus bays also building of rest area, dormitories and restaurant also construction of Drains. Total project cost is esmtimated as 1177 Crores.

Project:- Bundelkhand Water Supply Scheme (Jal Jeevan Mission) Major components of the project include implementation and supervision of execution work of 5 schemes covering almost 395 of villages in rural water supply where drinking water has to be provided in every household (55 LPCD). The components included in the 5 schemes are 5 WTP, 5 Intake well, 132 OHT, 69 CWR along with Staff Quarters. Also monitored and kept track of all pipeline works all over the district. A total of 1,33,566 house service connection will be provided. Total project cost for District Mahoba Including 10 years of Operation and Maintenance is estimated as 1105.94 Crores. Activities carried out: Working as an Field Engineer fulfilling all the duties and responsibilities which largely include Monitoring,Inspection, Bill of Quantity, Providing advisory roles to the contractor, Checking Construction Drawings & Bills of Contractor for all the technical work, Handling client with providing assistance. Also worked in the redesigning of shop drawings in AutoCAD prior its approval from client. Assisting in obtaining necessary permissions (Departmaental NOCs) and complying with statutory requirements as required prior to construction such as permissions from line department.
