I conducted post-installation performance evaluations and provided recommendations for optimised well performance for artificial lift-assisted (PCP and ESP) horizontal and deviated wells to maximise oil production, minimise OPEX and CO2. Being operationally the most active location for the organisation, I also led and supervise the local team to provide the required operational support to achieve the "Zero service quality incident" target and mentor juniors on jobs. I translated the reduction of unwanted fluid production from several wells into energy-saving and CO2 emission reduction across the entire produced water management cycle and represented the company at various industry events in articulating the value proposition of AICV technology in producing hydrocarbon with lower emissions.
