About Tejas Shastry

As the first Director of Development for Scholarships at the University of Louisville, my primary focus is on expanding the University's capacity to award both need-based and merit-based scholarships. A UofL graduate (10') a former Fulbright (ETA) and McConnell Scholar (10') I endeavor to shape the impactful power of higher education to create opportunities for growth to change the world. My professional background is diverse but unified by a commitment to problem-solving and innovation. I have experience in business development and technology adoption, circular economies, and most recently the Web3 ecosystem. I have served in roles within non-governmental organizations in development and on advisory boards. Regardless of the sector, my goal is to utilize my skills to make the world a better place.If you share a dedication to enhancing access to higher-education.
