• Supplier collaboration – Handling supplier for Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. & Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited, maintaining inventory levels across DC’s minimizing the threat for stockout by streamlining the flow of product • Supply planning – Studying sales data on daily bases and calculating optimal inventory level across DC’s following metrics such as consumption and forecast and communicating it to supplier as well as client. Manage variability in demand and ensure stock levels are adequately maintained• Safety Stock Analysis: Analyze and determine appropriate safety stock levels based on historical data, demand variability, and lead times to mitigate stockouts.
