I have built and maintained strong relationship with clients by understanding their needs and preferences as a primary responsiblity.As a Financial Engineer summer intern at Moody's Analytics, I have analysed structured products (RMBS), performed cashflow modelling of US agency MBS (Mortgage backed securities) deal files, contributed to the transition process of LIBOR to SOFR in agency deal files, got trained to review and troubleshoot the deal files by analysing legal prospectus documentsI love to regularly enhance my skills. Apart from my MBA curriculum, I have been learning to develop machine learning models, gained better understanding on stochastic differential equations, options pricing, derivations of Black-Scholes formula, option greeks, stochastic volatility models, risk-neutral pricing, etc.In my master thesis research project, I developed a prepayment cashflow model on Mortgage backed securities and stress tested its impact on MBS portfolio.Through my learnings in JP Morgan investment banking certification program, I learnt and analyzed a mediation of a M&A deal and DCF valuation model. Through my learnings in JP Morgan quantitative research certification program, I developed predictive model for probability of default, extrapolations for pricing analysis and commodity storage pricing model in python, etc.I have pursued my bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I come from a combination of financial, mathematical and programming background. I am interested in exploring stuffs related to financial engineering, quantitative financial analysis, portfolio strategies and risk analysis to apply my knowledge and skills to solve problems. I always believe that there is lot more to learn and learning is inevitable.
