 Responsible for planning and execution of 180 Cr project. Understand and evaluate customer requirements, comprehend SLAs, techno-commercial negotiations, plan procurement and carry out end-to-end project management. Site-planning, mobilising project teams and overseeing Factory Acceptance Trials (FAT) and project activities. Track project progress, milestones and ensure timely delivery with compliance to SLAs. Provide handholding support to on-site project manager and teams. Overall project monitoring for projects PAN India. Responsible for RFP preparation, bid process management and vendor management.

 Responsible for site-planning, mobilising project teams and overseeing project progress, troubleshooting, commissioning and Factory Acceptance Trials (FAT).  Support development of systems, applications and solutions; and assist in implementation.  Evaluate system acceptance processes, execute pilot projects and analyse performance, formulation of reports and documentation, evaluate performance matrices.  Measure customer satisfaction, carry out audits, analyse performance and recommend changes for product improvisation to meet customer requirements. Co-ordinate with all agencies involved in the system integration process.

 Head and manage operations of three departments in planning & scheduling multi-phase projects. Identifying cost saving measures, manage AMCs and warranties. Project co-ordinator for up-gradation and modernisation programmes. Evaluation of process requirements and formulation & implementation of business processes. Technical assessment and evaluation of customer requirements and resource requirements.  Initiate, liaise and co-ordinate with various OEMs, vendors ensuring smooth hand-off to customers. Vendor assessment, approving final specifications, evaluation of techno-commercial bids and overseeing specialised offloading contracts.
