Go to Globe (country expansion plan), Strategic Partnerships Creation:• Keep up to date with market trends and partnerships in the remittance and payments industry; continuously identify growth opportunities for Xpress Money through partnership synergies and try being at the forefront of mega tie-ups in the industry• Pursue defined partnership targets based on annual plan and structure business propositions on sourced leads which includes commercial and operational modelling towards a profitable business model; participate in pitches & projections as requiredStrategic Partnerships Support & Growth / Relationship Management:• Work with existing strategic partners (along-with Regional BD teams) to drive business numbers. Strategic Partnerships Deployment:• Ensure partnership deployment through collaboration with all internal stakeholders such as compliance, implementation, legal, PRE, technology deployment and marketing ensuring clear communication and coordination across teams• Enable smooth partnership for on-boarding from deal closure to go-live by performing multiple activities and driving cross-functional teamsPrimary Research• Conduct market research across major remittance corridors to find the trends in the customer behavior, diaspora behavior, customer needs, their expectations, and their perspectives, customer satisfaction survey and customer exit surveys to gauge the customer loyalty and gauge the user experience of XM’s products globally. The data from these studies are used to plan and fuel the future strategy projects of XM.Secondary Research• Conduct secondary research and maintain country specific reports that contain all the remittance related information of the country such as the Remittance inflows and outflows, Migration related data, Banking industry, major remittance players, etc.
