Senior Functional Consultant for Oracle PDH and CRM Modules.Hands on Experience in Oracle Service Contracts, MFS, Service Requests and Oracle Process Modelling

This project is to Master the Product Data for Vodafone (UK) retail Customers. It uses the Oracle Product data hub Technology to master the Data and publish the same using Oracle Fusion Middleware to BSS/OSS. Sourcing of Data, Preparation of LLD along with Creation and Publishing of Data to accommodate the Business requirements and Testing of the Data as well as New Functionalities are the Prime Driving factors of the Project.

This project is to Master the Product Data for British Telecom for the Line of Business – Global Services using the Oracle PIM module. Sourcing of Data, Creation and Publishing of Data along with Development required on PIM to accommodate the Business requirements and Testing of the Data as well as New Functionalities are the Prime Driving factors of the Project.Interact with Product Managers/stakeholders to understand the Telecom Domain. Attend workshops with Clients to understand the Telecom Products, for various Product Modelling Discussions.Coordinate with the Offshore Team to get the requirements Delivered in the expected timelines with Proper Quality and Right First Time.Assist in Preparing Designs to implement the requirements of the Clients. Prepare Documents on the New Functionalities added and Processes to be followed to implement the New/Existing Functionality.
