Having been in the industry for 25 years, I am intricately involved in breakthrough technologies. I have played various roles, from individual contributor to a practice lead, successfully operating at a strategic as well as a tactical level. At Saba, a true Valley start-up, I led the product development for the world's leading Human Capital solution which adopted early Java based web technologies. The cutting-edge work led to a patented solution for metadata driven architecture for a large enterprise scale software system that is still in use at many clients. I was fortunate to combine my start-up mindset and hands-on technology experience with the rigor and structure of one of the best technology companies like Accenture. I got the opportunity to work in various roles like Technology Consultant, Solution Architect and Delivery Lead over years. From 2010 onwards, after relocating to Singapore, I continued to advance the digital technologies for Southeast Asia clients, first with Accenture and then with Deloitte Digital, setting up a multi-million dollar Digital Technology practice where my team and I serviced clients in 5 countries for ecommerce, mobility and analytics solutions. Since 2019, in Australia, I am now leading the cloud adoption initiatives for mining and financial services clients. My solution architect role includes technology sales, solution design & delivery and managing internal and external CxO level stakeholders.
