I led a complex 2-years and USD+30M program at a Perth-based global mining giant for their Chief Data Officer, to integrate their worldwide mining assets using a mix of cloud-native integration platform like MuleSoft. This cloud-first architecture, combined with the self-service operating model, reduced their per-interface cost to staggering 400% in the first year, including significant follow-on business for Accenture to enhance and maintain the platforms. My current role is the Program Architect for a brand new auto financing company in Australia which successfully went live within a highly aggressive 6 months period with USD+100M investment in cloud-based technology. I led the architecture stream where the entire business and IT application stack is architected and set up in truly and fully cloud native on MS Azure PaaS and other SaaS offerings. Role also entails extensive collaboration with software vendors and other service providers to design, build and deploy various components of the overall solution. Along with delivering projects, I am constantly actively involved in various presales solution shaping at new as well as existing clients to expand Accenture's footprint.

I led complex and interesting programs like following,Delivered a USD+3M technology transformation at a large consumer bank in Thailand, , working for their CIO and head of architecture. This highly secured and scalable but simplified channel integration layer was designed to expedite enabling multiple retail banking channels through reusable cloud-native components. Designed and delivered enterprise scale solution for digital transactional banking (Payment, Collection, Trade) for a global bank. The digital-first architecture makes use of JavaScript based UI, core systems access through microservices API layer and integrated for the analytics on the trends, e.g. forex movements, and use of wearables in the user journeys to optimize the experience.

During my 9+ years tenure at Accenture, I played multiple roles such as Delivery Lead, Technology Consultant and Solution Architect from its India and Singapore office. In a Lead Solution Architect role, I was responsible for deal-shaping and architecting very large and technically complex business solutions for clients using emerging technologies for mobile, cloud and analytics to transform healthcare, transportation and financial sector clients’ business into a digital enterprise. Prior to this, I set up and led a 150+ staffed practice for Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform (ALIP) to serve a portfolio of core product development, implementation and maintenance projects for various North American ALIP clients.
