His 25+ years of experience stretches to design and engineering of civic-industrial facilities, rail-bus transit centers, distribution warehouses, international airports and electric power grids across Canada, the United States, Caribbeans and India.In the past 15 years, Tejas has organically expanded his influence to lead multi-discipline integrations as design manager, functional programmer and facility planning leader. He has a proven track record to deliver $5M - $500M projects within budget and on schedule, offering simplified solutions to complex challenges for long span facilities, heavy crane structures, alternate design delivery methods, s high seismic/hurricane zones, . in long span structures, heavy crane engineering, andoffers energized leadership focused on achieving project goals, construction targets and Client's vision. Recognized as a dedicated leader, Tejas is known for his clear thinking, sound coordination, and attention to operational goals. He is actively involved in community engagement and has served as Committee Chair and Board Director at the Structural Engineer's Association of British Columbia (SEABC).
