Streamlined Payment Processing: Successfully supported launch of simplified AWS payment processing solutions, reducing time required for new payment processor development from 1 year to 6 months, and further reduced this time frame to just 90 days a year later. Strategic Payment Architecture: Drove strategic plan to establish isolated payment-processing architecture for clients, ensuring Compute isolation and avoiding disruptions caused by other clients. This move was aimed at enhancing the success rate of payment for individual clients. Played a pivotal Agile deployment role in reducing feature launch time from 2 week to just 1 day by enabling Full Continuous Deployment pipelines for over 70 services. Successfully launched first small business integrated credit card application for Amazon Business in USA, integrated with American Express (Amex). Improved Amazon Business's new customer registration conversion rate from 3% to 9% through integrated Amazon Business registration experience with small business card applications. Oversaw launch of small business cards in the UK and significantly enhanced efficiency of launching these cards globally by reducing development efforts from 650 weeks to 170 weeks. Spearheaded launch of next-generation inventory management database with hierarchical query support. Improved inventory and containers notification system, reducing database load from 70% to just 10%. Successfully led launch of 8 new decoupled return processing tools and backend services, enhancing overall flexibility and scalability of return processing.
