Involved in full recruiting life cycle & supporting end to end recruitment.Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy. Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals ie. Monster, Naukri, and networking tools such as Linkedin.Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview.Recruiting people at all levels i.e. form experience range of 2-15 years for all permanent positions.Understanding and analyzing the given requirements.Gather the requirements from the business team and interacting with them and closely working with delivery manager to well understand about the requirements.Interacting with the technical team for getting the insight of the project and process.Complete ownership of the requirement in getting it closed through the job portals and monitoring the progress made in fulfilling the same.Search for resumes/CV through portals, internal database, employee referrals and social media.Responsible for talking to candidates and describing them about the job description and finding out their interest.Validating candidate’s skill as per the Job requirement.Closing them on Salary/Compensation and sending across the CV to the hiring panel.Interacting with the Hiring panel to get timely feedbacks and keeping the candidates informed about their application status.Following up the candidates during Pre & Post interview process.Adhere to the process in fulfilling the recruitment cycle with the company standards
