The Starbucks Cafe in Bloomingdale, IL is a fairly new cafe that attracted many students and workers. Originally, because of how new the store was, the general organization was quite underdeveloped. However, throughout the winter of 2017, with management changes, the store slowly became what it is today, a leading cafe in sales and customer connections.- Sequenced beverages by making drinks in under 30 seconds during peak hours ensuring customer satisfaction.- Created a warm environment by connecting and developing strong relationships with customers contributing to an increase of those who believed their visit to Starbucks was optimistic from 17% to 48% when surveyed over one year.

The National Honor Society - Lake Park High School Chapter is an honorary society whose members are chosen by the faculty based upon students' character, service, scholarship, and leadership. The society provides tutoring for fellow students, service projects, and leadership opportunities throughout the year for its members.- Managed and organized a group of 80 members as the President of the Lake Park Chapter by making over 50 forms and schedules and cooperating with members needs in order to make sure every event was attended and that each member had the requirements to graduate with a NHS standing.- Volunteered and fundraised as a part of the society by attending various events from organizing parts of graduation to being a temporary summer camp counselor in order to help and develop the community with the intention of making the school systems a more effective place and being a part of a chapter that raised over $45,000 for various educational opportunities.
