In August 2020, faced with a challenging job loss, I embarked on a journey that led me back to my own studio, founded in February 2016. Since then, TEJKAM STUDIO has flourished, earning a well-deserved reputation as a one-stop solution for handpicked art and design prints, revolutionizing fashion, office spaces, and home decor.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself grappling with job loss, financial strain, and a collapsing cash flow. During these challenging times, I turned to Webtoon, where I immersed myself in a plethora of webcomics that served as a source of inspiration. Motivated by this newfound passion, I decided to embark on a creative journey. Fortuitously, I discovered that Pratilipi was experiencing a surge in popularity for webcomics in Indian languages. seizing the opportunity, I showcased my website and portfolio to them, leading to a wonderful business collaboration. From that point forward, there was no looking back. I dedicated myself to producing 100 to 300 pages per month for their applications. Additionally, my services extended to copy editing and translating stories from Hindi to Marathi for various narratives available on the platform. Some of my most well-received creations, such as "Red Saree," "Woh Koun Thi," "Uljhane Riston Ki," and "Grahan," are now featured on the Pratilipi comic application.

In 2017, a significant milestone graced my artistic journey when my distinctive portfolio and unique art styles caught the discerning eye of Mr. Savio, the esteemed head of Twinkle magazine. Recognises my talent, he graciously entrusted me with a coveted 4-page short story called 'Grandpa Knows everything forth revered Amar Chitra Katha (ACK) publication. For someone who grew up immersed in the captivating tales of ACK, this was nothing short of a dream come true. Drawing inspiration from the very stories that once fuelled my imagination, I embarked on this project with fervour and dedication. Despite the pressing deadline, I channeled my passion and innovative artistry to deliver within a mere four days. My swift execution coupled with my distinct artistic flair not only met expectations but also paved the way for subsequent collaborations with ACK.

Since 2016, I have been closely affiliated with the Chief Executive Officer of the Diamond Group Mr Manish , I consistently making myself available for various projects under his guidance. He serves as both my mentor and a cherished friend, always extending his support and assistance. His encouragement and appreciation for my artistic endeavours and style have been invaluable, contributing significantly to my personal and professional growth.

I collaborated with Insignia Communication to produce highly realistic concept art for a medical guidebook. My responsibilities included executing medical illustrations for the illustration stock and creating concept art in a realistic style, serving as an Anejo (appendix) for the guidebook. Additionally, I contributed to the development of visual art and illustrations for creative communication purposes. Before the pandemic, I gained valuable experience in teamwork and leadership, along with learning essential values that continue to be instrumental in my growth as an individual and as a business professional. These lessons have proven to be particularly beneficial as I navigate the challenges and opportunities in my current entrepreneurial journey.

I worked at Fabelizer for approximately 6-7 months, contributing to the pre-production phase of Aychu's web comic series and intellectual property (IP). During this time, I gained valuable experience exploring various creative art styles, including Manga, Mahouwa, and Anime . My involvement in the project allowed me to enhance my skills and broaden my understanding of different artistic approaches within the realm of comics and animation.

During my tenure as a Senior Storyboard Artist at Cosmos Maya, I played a crucial role in the pre-production phase, contributing significantly to the storytelling and storyboard development for 2D and 3D animated TV shows. My expertise extended to popular series such as MOTU PATLU, Chacha Bhatija, and Chhota Bheem. In this role, I not only gained valuable experience but also honed my skills in crafting compelling narratives and dynamic storyboards. My contributions were integral to the creative process, ensuring the seamless flow of storytelling in the animated TV shows. The collaborative environment at Cosmos Maya provided me with opportunities to enhance my proficiency in both 2D and 3D animation techniques. Overall, my time at Cosmos Maya enriched my understanding of the intricacies of pre-production for animated TV shows, and I am confident that the skills and knowledge acquired during this period have significantly contributed to my growth as a professional in the field of animation.

Sphinx Creative holds a special place in my heart, as it is where I gained invaluable experiences and learned a great deal. During my tenure at Sphinx Illustration.com, I was responsible for executing illustrations for the Illustration stock. In addition, I contributed to the Art and Craft department by creating illustrations, sketches, and other visual elements. My role extended to the Animation Department, where I played a key role in executing character illustrations, concept art, matte painting, and visualizing storyboards. This involvement allowed me to contribute significantly to the animation projects by bringing characters and concepts to life through visual storytelling. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work on storybook illustrations for Sphinx Creative's upcoming project, referred to as CS. This project was particularly exciting, and my contributions to the storybook illustrations played a crucial part in shaping the visual narrative for this endeavor. Overall, my time at Sphinx Creative was enriching, providing me with diverse opportunities to enhance my skills and contribute creatively to various departments within the company.

Om Creation Trust primarily focuses on supporting mentally challenged children. I used to visit the organisation to teach and assist in their art department after college hours. It was a truly rewarding experience. The opportunity allowed me to contribute to the well-being of these special children and nurture their artistic talents. Working with Om Creation Trust not only enriched my own life but also reinforced the importance of compassion and inclusion in our society.
