1. Performing cost analysis based on the unit level bom allocation reviewed2. Work closely with other departmental team to understand costing parameters, cost, resources requirements, direct & indirect overheads and support in pricing strategy3. Prepare cost estimates, costing report and submit the report to process engineering head for approval4. Revise the costing sheet of labour charges, vendor material purchase and co-ordinate with process engineering head for preparation of feasibility study5. Asses cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecast8. Analysing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods to determine effects on costing9. Quarterly settlement of customer prices as Copper & Forex fluctuations10. Maintaining the customer database, product pricing and related documentation.
