• Development of Cobot for screwing application. - Contributed to a proof-of-concept project for a UR10e robotic arm designed for automotive screwing applications. - Responsible for motion planning, including inverse kinematics calculation and Cartesian path planning. - Conducted "eye-in-hand" camera calibration for precise pose between end-effector and camera. - Leveraged the apriltag_ros package for relative pose estimation between the two robots. - Built a real-time kernel to enable “soft real-time capabilities “ which ensured instant servo control, that improved performance and reliability of system.

•Development of Digital Twin in Unity. - Created a “Novus Carry 500” and “Novus Pallet Mover” in Unity for simulation, to facilitate product testing with real-world physics. - Developed a plugin in C# to simulate Lifter attachment and simulate load capacity. - Integrated full sensor suite plugins: 2-D lidar, 3-D lidar, and depth camera sensors. - Designed a warehouse-like scenario for better sensor-data visualisation and to test control algorithms. - Achieved a more efficient and cost-effective product development process, improving overall product performance.
