As the Managing Director of Cubic Turnkey Private Limited, I oversee and deliver business growth and turnkey solutions for diverse sectors, focusing on quality, cost, and time.I leverage my credentials as a Business Growth Advisor, Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Chartered Engineer to apply an integrated approach to business management, engineering, and portfolio management. I have successfully grown businesses and managed and directed multiple programs and projects simultaneously, valued at over USD 8 million, involving 900 workers and 95% customer satisfaction. I am also an active volunteer and speaker for PMI, ISO & Rotary, contributing to developing and disseminating global standards and best practices for the construction and project management profession and the community.
