JOB Responsibilities • To carry out daily production activities as per BMR and SOP's.• Coordination with departments (QA, QC, ENGG) to achieve production target.• Effective man power and Machine utilization.• Monitoring Regulatory Requirements for Scale up, Validation Batches• To write machine logbooks daily.• To check hygiene of workplace, production area and personnel• BMR Compliance and Review.• Daily Documentation• Monitoring Validation Batches with Technology Transfer Department.• To know all the SOP's and System of the Organization • To supervise and execute the packing activities as per BMR. SOPs and cGMP requirement.• To supervise cleaning and sanitization of packing area and equipment as per their respective• To perform the in process checks during packing.• To prepare SOP, qualification protocol and other documents of packing area.• To maintain the material and records of quarantine area of packing as per SOP and CGMP• To allocate and manage workers in shift as per requirement• To ensure validity of preventive maintenance/ Calibration for all machine/ instrument.• To monitor the environmental condition/ cleanliness of Granulation area as per SOP• To give training on SOP and other topics like (CGMP, GDP and Data integrity etc.) to the workers and operators of Granulation area.• To achieve production target in time.• To increase productivity and maintain quality throughout the Graduation process.
