A storyteller in making, yup that's me. I'm a TISS alum with a knack for juggling different hats – from the arts to writing, event management, and even social entrepreneurship. My story didn't start here, though. It began when I stumbled to pursue a degree in Biotechnology after successfully failing twice to enter the field of medicine, but soon, my love for the arts and writing took center stage. I started writing for a local newspaper, and that's where I learned how powerful words can be. They're not just marks on paper; they're tools that can shape ideas and move people.Event management came next, teaching me the ropes of managing time and resources, and how to lead a team to success. These skills have been my sidekicks, helping me navigate both academic and professional challenges.During the pandemic, I briefly managed a hotel and its transition to a temporary hospital. Then came the game-changer – joining the MA Social Entrepreneurship program at TISS. It was an eye-opener, expanding my horizons and tuning me into the world's needs.I founded Eduright as part of my course, an Edtech venture that's all about helping high school students find their path through experiential learning. We kicked off with the "Student Connect Program," linking students with seniors in their dream fields, and the "Career Compass Seminar" in schools. The venture's pilot stage was a hit, turning a 40% profit and making a real difference in students' lives.I also got to lead the Ecell Executive Body for 2022-23 as it's President. We pulled off the 23rd edition of India's Biggest Social Entrepreneurship Summit, Ipreneur'23. It was a gathering of minds – budding social entrepreneurs, investors, and experts all sharing, networking, and collaborating. This stint really upped my game in fundraising, event management, and leadership.Now, I'm all about making a positive dent in society. I'm currently working at Waste blossom, a social startup, where I'm diving into marketing and product development. And who knows what's next? The story's still being written, after all.
