• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees from On-boarding to Exit formalities.• Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes.• Support in documentation and preparation of reports for BGV.• Ensure prompt / timely resolution of employee grievances and maintain cordial employee relations.• Define a structured engagement plan for Associates and Team Leaders.• Responsible for driving performance management process and partnering with business for corrective action planning for bottom performers.• Conduct skip level meetings, one-on-ones, open houses, & counselling, meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their suggestions/concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates.• Ensure adequate communication with Associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.• Timely execution of Employee Surveys and carry out required action in identified areas of improvement.• Partner with Business in driving rewards & recognition and execute them regularly for the assigned process (Monthly / Quarterly).• Ensure compliance during clients and internal audits.• Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees, complete the exit formalities and ensure that accurate information is available for processing the final settlements.• Providing attrition / headcount numbers for weekly reviews.• Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures.• Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries. • Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees.• Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding.• Conduct employee engagement surveys.
