I have extensive knowledge on building information modelling and its implementation, digital twins and multidisciplinary project coordination in the delivery of work packages. I have successfully delivered innumerable work packs by leading a team of 10-15 members with due regards to quality and budget. Apart from the technical acumen, I have managed and controlled budgets, prepare weekly finance report for the CNEPE and Beckton project based on the time and cost allocations, draft contractual agreements with the lead project office UK, and propose detailed fee estimate for the bid and thereby assisting the bid manager for the successful bid. Our task was to carry out non-destructive test using rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity meter and assess the residual life of the structure.
