Hello, my name is Tejaswini and I am a Human Resource Manager at a CA firm, People's Manager to be precise. This is a mid sized CA firm where my responsibility is setting up the HR process from scratch. Till now i have implemented the bio metric process, got many things in line related to employment procedures. I, as an HR i am also responsible to organize different kinds of training for my employees. To set procedure for appraisal and be a bridge between the management and the employees. This is my first job where i am handling the entire HR operations and handling a team of 18 employees and I believe i am doing a very good job.
