As a System Network Administrator at Infoonnet Pvt Ltd, I ensured efficient and secure server operations, managed network configurations, and provided technical support to end-users. Carries out daily site walk around to ensure Incident Injury Free (IIF) work site, adequate fire and fall Protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn.Conducting full investigation of accident / incident, including high potential near misses. Determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures.Liaises with the Client Site Safety Representative(s) and other plant concerned authorities or contractors on work related safety requirements at site.Scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit-required confined space entries, crane Work / lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie-ins, and similar hazardous activities and ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.Ensures compliance with the approved Safe Work Permit System / Procedure at work site, daily and weekly documented periodic safety inspections at work site to identify report and correct hazards. Represents the company in all safety matters with the client on the project.Conducts safety Toolbox Meetings in conjunction with line supervision, Emergency Safety meetings where required.Removal of industrial wastage and combustible items as hazardous waste management plan.Monitoring of heavy lifting operations, especially near existing facilities of live plant.Monitoring compliance with the Safe work procedure.Monitoring the Use of PPE on Site.Ensure the PTW system is being strictly implemented on site.Daily site inspections and reporting the unsafe act/ conditions to the site management and coordinating with the site execution personnel.Ensure the heavy equipments are transported safely on site.Conducting firefighting and safety mock drills and participate in it.Carry out gas tests in confined space activities.First aid and emergency proceedingsIndustrial radiography safety.
