With more than nine years of experience in the dairy industry, I am a Production Shift Supervisor at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., where I oversee the daily operations of milk standardization, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. I coordinate and motivate my team of 15 operators, collaborate with other departments, and meet the customer's needs and expectations. Thanks to our teamwork and innovation, we have achieved a 98% compliance rate with the quality standards, reduced the waste by 15%, and increased the production volume by 20% in the last year. I am also an Associates of Applied Science student in General Studies at Frank Phillips College Workforce, where I am learning how to apply advanced principles and methods to solve real-world problems. I am passionate about the mission of Hilmar Cheese, which is to improve the lives of people and communities through the production of wholesome dairy products. I am also interested in the field of engineering, and how it can enhance the innovation and sustainability of the dairy industry and the world. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a leader, engineer, and business owner, helping teach others along the way.
